Giving back to the community

At Northwich Glass, we not only pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and services, but on helping our local community where we can. Over the years, we’ve worked with our community by sponsoring local football teams, Collecting Christmas presents for a local childrens charity, and hospices, helping them fund the care of vulnerable people in need.

In addition, we’ve invested a lot of time into having all our fitting teams fully trained to help customers with dementia, providing a tailored, personal experience for our more vulnerable customers. From the initial consultation through to the installation completion and aftercare, we'll deliver the best solution for their home improvement needs. Whenever a home visit is required, our fitters will call ahead and let customers know they are on their way, always maintaining excellent communication to make the process as easy as possible and to provide peace of mind.
